The Parkinson’s Resource Center of Spokane (PRC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of people in the Inland Northwest who are affected by Parkinson's disease. The PRC serves as network hub where anyone affected by Parkinson's disease can call or come in for assistance in locating a support group, educational materials, activities, and professionals familiar with the treatment of PD.

Over 80% of the public consistently express a strong desire to spend their last months at home. Due to a lack of planning and proper resources, only 25% actually do. The team of professionals at Tiller Care Strategies will complete a comprehensive assessment and assist families with assessing health and functional needs. They will provide guidance in planning for current and long-term care needs as they know the community resources well. They will coordinate in-home care services and find the most appropriate placement options when it is necessary. The TCS team are strong advocates and will assist in securing services such as long term care insurance benefits or Medicaid services.
